filed a Motion for Modification of that order pursuant to
Section 103.240 of the Board’s procedural Rules

Code 103.240).
ATD moves the Board to delete the first paragraph of the
June
20..
1984 Order stating that this portion of the Order is
contrary to the law and evidence in this proceeding.
The Motion
contains no legal or ev.identiary support for this contention.
However, ATD requests leave to file a Memorandum in Support of
its Motion.
The Board hereby grants ATU leave to file, on or before
July
3.
1984.
a Supporting Memorandum which will complete the
Motion and enable the Board to rule on it.
Any responses to the
Motion and Supporting Memorandum must be filed no later than
July 17,
1984.
Since the subject of the Motion and Final Order is material

is claimed by ATD to be a trade secret.
