INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD

An Opinion and Order was issued in this case on October
4,
1979,
ordering the City of Crest Hill
(City)
to submit an
acceptable plan to minimize overflows of its sewers.
A plan
was submitted on January 10,
1980.
On July 24,
1980,
the
Board entered an Interim Order finding the plan to be unaccept-
able and ordering that deficiencies be cured by the filing
of an amended plan within 60 days.
As of the date of this
Order, no such amended plan has been submitted.
It is therefore ordered that the City file an acceptable
plan with the Board and Environmental Protection Agency
within 30 days of the date of this Order.
If that is not
done, the Board
shall refer this matter to the Attorney General
for enforcement of this Order through the Circuit Courts.
Filings with the Agency should be directed to Mr.
Gary King at
the Agency’s Springfield Office.
