    Formerly this matter was dismissed due to dilatory abuse
    of the Board’s
    Procedural Rules,
    but
    it was reinstated by Board
    Order on March
    19, 1982.
    Petitioners
    filed an Amended Petition
    on May
    4,
    1982 wherein hearing was requested.
    It again appears
    that progress
    in this variance petition
    is
    slow.
    The time for
    decision having been waived only until December 31,
    1982,
    hearing
    is ordered set within fifteen days and held within forty—five days
    of the date of this Order.
    If the
    Illinois Environmental Protec-
    tion Agency chooses to file an Amended Recommendation,
    it must
    do so within fifteen days of the date
    of this Order to provide
    Petitioner sufficient time to review the same.
