PCB 83—173
COUNTY BOARD OF MARION,
Respondent.
CONCURRING OPINION
(by J~Theodore Meyer):
I concur with today’s Order of the Board in the above—
captioned matter, but for different reasons than those of my
colleagues.
The statute is quite clear and
it was the intention
of
the legislature that once the local siting board
had
completed
the record,
that record was to be sent to the Board for review,
i~requested.
It was not the intention of the legislature that
there should be endless rehearings.
For that reason,
I supported
my colleagues’
position and voted “no” on the Petition for Recon-
sideration.
