further

pleadings should contain the caption as above;

2)

Exhibit A referred

3 was not submitted;

3)

No information was submitted as the fecal coliform count

in

the discharge absent disinfection; and

4)

The petition does not contain a compliance plan,

even by way

of

the

filing

of a petition

for site specific

rule.

If an amended petition curing these deficiencies

is not

filed within

45 days of

the date of this Order, this petition

will be subject

to dismissal.
