3RDER OF THE BOARD ~by J.D. Dumelle)~
This matter comes before
 the Board upon
 a March 18,
 1985,
letter
 from Terry
 R. Lash,
the Director of the Department of
Nuclear Safety
 (DNS)
 regarding
 the Board’s January
 24, 1985,
First Notice Order
 in this proceeding0
 The Director points out
that ~wherever the published rules
 refer
 to ~‘picocuries per
milliliter’, they should be corrected by referring
 to ‘micro
curies ~er milliliter’.
 This error occurs
 in the tables
 in
appendix A
 ——
 ‘Concentrations
 in Air Above Natural Background’
and again in 3.c.’.
Since the Board had intended
 to adopt these
 rules
 as
proposed by the DNS,
 the Board hereby orders that
 those changes
be made
 to the First Notice Order0
IT IS SO ORDERED
