That petition specifically incor-
porated the May

satisfy
requirements
for contents of a petition.
The conclusions
on environmental impact in the May
1,
1984 filing in PCB 83—25
are based
on
reference
documents that were not included in the
fi1ing~
Therefore,
the May 1,
filing, and consequently the July
9, petition are deficient.
Unless an amended petition is
filed
within 45 days
curing
this defect this matter will
be
subject to
dismissal.
