    1984, Reilly Tar & Chemical Corporation
    (“Reilly”)
    filed a Petition for Variance from 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 307.103.
    That
    petition is
    deficient in that it fails to provide information
    on
    the
    following:
    1.
    The length of time for which variance is sought.
    2.
    A detailed description of each control option
    being evaluated,
    including a specific time
    schedule for completing evaluation of each
    control option,
    as required by 35 Ill.
    Adm.
    Code 104.121
    (f).
    Unless
    an
    amended petition is filed within 45 days,
    this matter will
    be subject to dismissal.
    The Board notes
    that
    Reilly is requesting permission to dis-~
    charge mercury to the
    Granite City
    P.O.T.W.
    Therefore,
    Reilly
    must
    join
    Granite
    City
    as
    a party petitioner or party respondent,
    whichever Granite City prefers, in any amended petition and
    provide proof of service on Granite City.
