& Wire Co.

and Northwestern Steel & Wire Co. filed

an appeal of the emergency rules in the Third District Appellate

Court.

This appeal

is still pending.

On February

29,

1984 the Board also opened Docket R84-7

for

the purpose of proposing Part 718 as a permanent rule,

The Joint

Committee on Administrative Rules considered R84-7 on June 12,

1984.

The Board hereby repeals the emergency rules adopted

February

29,

1984.
