13646 to the New Source Performance Standards
(NSPS)

(35 Ill.
Mm. Code 230,700),
Pursuant
to Section 9.1 of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Act, the Board is required to adopt amendments
“in substance identical”
to the federal new source performance
standard amendments.
The Board will do
so through incorporation
by reference of the federal
amendments as peremptory rules.

The Board hereby adopts the following amendments
