1983 is insufficient pursuant to 35 Iii.
Adm.
Code 104.121.
Petitioner fails to include the specifics of
a compliance plan required by subparagraph
(f)
of that Section.
Petitioner~Ssuggestion at paragraph
(e)
that the Rule 205
(n)(1(A)(i)
is not the same as that adopted by the USEPA or
other states does not satisfy the requirement that compliance
ultimately be achieved.
Petitioner is to specify the proposed
means for achieving compliance, the anticipated time schedule
and the estimated costs of doing the same.
Furthermore,
Petitioner should specify the length of the variance requested.
This information is to be provided within forty—five days of
this Order, or the petition will be subject to dismissal.
