    purpose of codification of Chapter

    Noise Pollution.

    draft has been prepared by the Environmental Protection
    Agency.
    The Board proposes to adopt this draft using the
    procedures for codification without substantive change.
    The
    draft will be made available to the public for comment for a
    period of
    30 days after the date of this Order.
