However, hearing has been neither
waived nor requested pursuant to Section 104.124 of the
Procedural Rules
told Rule 401(b).
Further, additional
information,
if available,
should be submitted concerning
co~p1iancealternatives, costs, and measures to be taken
to minimize envirnomental harm pursuant to Section 104.121
of the Procedural Rules
old
Rule 401(a),
Unless the JAAP files an amended petition within
45 days
of the date of this Order curing the above-noted defects,
this petition will be subject to dismissal.
