01? THE BOARD
(by
~LD.
Dumollo):
On July 2,
1982 Do’intown Lombard Unlimited
(DLI)) filed
a
petition for variance from Rule 962(a) of Chapter 3:
Water
Pollution, to allow the development of certain property in down-
town Lombard.
DLU is made
up
of local merchants who own property
in the area, but who do not
own
the subject property.
That
property is owned by the Village of Lombard and the DuPage County
Board of
School
Supervisors.
Since DLU has no ownership interest in the subject party and
has not alleged that it is acting as an agent for the property
owners,
it has no standing to bring this action.
Unless the
petition is amended to correct
this
defect within 45 days of the
date
of this Order, the petition will be subject to dismissal.
I? IS SO ORDERED.
I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of
the
Illinois Pollution
control Board, hereby certify that the above Order was adopted
on the _~I~*__dayof~
,
1982 by a vote of
