The variance petition submitted by West Suburban
Association
for Retarded Children on May 25,
1982 was insufficient pursuant
to Chapter
1:
Procedural Rule 401(a).
Petitioner failed to
specify which provisions of the Board’s Regulations it seeks
relief from and to adequately describe the existing facility,
the anticipated amount of discharge, the existing and proposed
equipment or other method of control intended to achieve com-
pliance and reduce environmental harm.
Petitioner has forty—
five days to so amend this petition.
The ninety-day decision
period will begin anew when so amended.
On its own motion, the Board
joins the Village of Lombard
as a Petitioner.
