Since petitioner requests a Board

decision without hearing, the petition itself must he sufficiently

detailed to infortn the Board of the facts pertaining to this

matter.

Petitioner’s attention is directed to the requirements of

Rule 401 of the Board’s Procedural

Rules, especially Paragraphs

(a)(5),

(a)(6) and

(b) with respect to an affidavit verifying the

petition. Failure to amend the variance petition within 45 days of

the date of this Order may result in dismissal of this action.
