    RAYMOND AND PAULINE BIANUCCI,
    Petitioner,
    v.
    PCB 81-64
    ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY,
    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    This petition, filed April
    23, 1981,
    is deficient in
    two respects.
First, petitioners have waived hearing, but the petition does not include
    an affidavit affirming
the truth of the facts alleged
    in
    the petition.
Second, the petitioners request variance to allow hook-on to a sewage
    treatment plant,
but the owner of the sewage treatment plant, a necessary
    party to
this action, has not been joined as a party petitioner or
    respondent.
If an amended petition curing these deficiencies has not been filed
within 45 days of the date of this Order, this petition will
    be subject
    to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
