    On March 16, 1981 the Village of Potomac
    (Potomac)
    ftied
    a variance petition.
    On March 27,
    1981 the Illinois Environment~i~
    Protection Agency moved to dismiss that petition without prejudice
    on the basis that Potomac’s present variance runs until January
    of 1983.
    On April
    3,
    1981 Potomac acquiesced in the motion.
    That motion is hereby granted and this matter
    is dismissed
    without prejudice.
