information.
The first is the affidavit required by Rule

attesting to the truth of the facts asserted,
since hearing was
waived.
The second is failure to state whether the Village is
part of a regional water supply/transport system,
Since
under
federal
law belonging to a system would
aake the Village eligible
for variance until January
1,
1986,
a period two years longer
than if the Village was not a member of such a system.
The motion to dismiss
is denied.
Instead, the Village i~
ordered to file an amended petition remedying the noted defL—
ciencies.
If an amended petition
is not filed within 45 days of
the date
of this Order, this petition will he subject
to dis~iiss~1.
