On April
15,
1981 Midwest Baptist Conference (Midwest)
filed a petition for variance from several rules
in Chapter
3:
Water Pollution.
That petition is deficient in two respect•~~.
First, there is inadequate effluent data given.
Second,
there
is no showing of a compliance plan.
Variances can extend
for
a maximum of five years and cannot be granted without some plan
for
ultimate compliance.
Unless within 45 days of the date of this Order T~idwest
amends its petition to remedy the above—noted deficiencies,
the petition will
be subject to dismissal.
