Insofar as the Agency’s February 25,
1981 motion seeks
r~con-
sideration of the August 21,
1980 Order entered herein,
it
is
untimely.
Inasmuch as it seeks to consolidate these proceedinq9
with the new sulfur dioxide proceedings
of R80—22,
and seeks
to
“repromulgate the remanded Rule 203(g)(1)
(with the Agency’s
decimal point aniendment),” the Board construes the motion as
one
to allow the filing of a new proposal for Rule 203(g)(1).
The Board solicits the Agency’s filing of such new
proposal.
Such new proposal should include an allegation of the
reason/s simultaneous compliance with its proposed sulfur dioxide
regulations (except for the 6.8—lb.
limitation section of the
proposal)
is technologically feasible as well
as economically
reasonable, and should address the problem of fine particulate
matter.
Such new proposal
is not to be consolidated for purposes of
hearing with R80—22.
