ORDER OF THE BOARD

On February 11,
1981 the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency (Agency) filed a motion for reconsideration of this matter
and to vacate the Board Order entered herein January
8,
1981.
The
motion to vacate is denied.
The motion for reconsideration is
hereby granted.
Considering the intense interest evidenced by the
public in this matter, and the inherent thrust of the Environmental
Protection Act to maximize public input into the Board’s deliber-
ations,
the Board hereby orders hearing to be set within 20 days and
held within 60 days of the date of this Order.
At the hearing, the
evidence should focus on the reasons for denial.
On February 13,
1981 Raymond Greenberg filed a petition to
intervene.
On that same day Harry Mathers and numerous other
owners of property in the immediate area of the proposed landfill
filed a motion to intervene and for rehearing.
Greenberg and
Mathers are hereby granted leave to intervene pursuant to Rule
310 of the Board’s procedural rules.
All
other motions before the
Board
in this matter are hereby denied in that hearing has been
authorized.
