    On January
    21,
    1981, the Convent Sewage Treatment Plant
    (CSTP) filed a Variance Petition requesting variance from
    Rules
    402 and 404 of Chapter
    3:
    Water Pollution.
    Although
    CSTP waives hearing, that waiver
    is
    not accompanied by an
    affidavit supporting the material facts alleged as required
    by Rule 401(b)
    of Chapter
    1:
    Procedural Rules.
    Unless CSTP amends its petition within 45 days of
    the
    date of this order to cure that defect,
    the petition will
    he subject to dismissal.
