    On August 7,
    1980 the Board initiated the First Notice period,
    and on October 30, 1980 the Second Notice period, pursuant to §5.01
    of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act,
    Ill.Rev.Stat.,
    ch.
    127.
    As a result of a December 18,
    1980 meeting with the Joint Committee
    on Administrative Rules, the Board will adopt an amendment to Rule
    204(h)
    to delete reference to the repealed rule.
    The Board hereby adopts the repealer of Rule 204(c)(1)(D) and
    amendment to Rule 204(h)
    Chapter
    2:
    Air Pollution Control
    Rules
    and Regulations and orders the Clerk to file the rulemaking with
    the Office of the Secretary of State.
