    consolidate PCB 75-476, EPA v. Celotex Corporation, with PCB 75-154,
    Celotex Corporation v.
    EPA.
    On January
    5,
    1975, Celotex filed an
    opposition to the Motion.
    Because the Board finds that the issues
    to be presented in both causes can most efficiently be presente1 in
    a consolidated hearing,
    the Agency’s Motion for ConsolidatiOn
    is
    granted.
