ORDER OF THE BOARD

On November
5,
1980, the Board received a letter from the
Village of Burlington requesting a variance from Rule 304(B)(4)
of Chapter
6:
Public Water Supplies.
The Board construes the
letter ‘as ~aPetition for Variance and finds that most of the
information required by Procedural Rule 401(a) and
(b)
is
lacking.
On November 13,
1980, the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency filed a Motion to dismiss based upon these
defects.
That motion
is hereby denied.
However,
unless these defects are cured by an amended
petition within 45 days of the date of this Order,
the Petition
will be subject to dismissal.
