The Board had several months ago been requested by the

Agency

(the proponent herein) to stay final action on this completed

regulatory proceeding pending the Agency’s decision as to with-

drawing part or all of its proposal.

The Board hereby requests that the Agency notify the Board

within two weeks hereof of its position on its proposal.

Failure

of the Agency to so act may subject the entire proceeding to

dismissal by the Board.
