    Marathon filed a Petition for Variance on July
    7,
    1980,
    from a condition of a permit issued for the construction and
    operation of vapor recovery systems.
    An order for more
    information was entered July
    10,
    1980,
    and an amended petition
    was filed July 22,
    1980.
    The petition remains deficient, and pursuant to Procedural
    Rule 401(d),
    Petitioner is hereby ordered to amend
    its petition
    with respect to additional information concerning an analysis
    showing that the Board may grant the requested relief consistent
    with the Clean Air Act
    (42 tJ.S.C.S7401 et~çj.) and the Federal
    regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
    Failure to amend this petition within 45 days of this
    Order may result in dismissal of the petition.
