ORDER OF THE BOARD

Petitioner filed a Petition for Variance on July
16,
1980.
Pursuant to Procedural Rule 401, Petitioner is hereby
ordered to amend its petition with respect to additional
information concerning:
(1) the ownership of the sewer system,
(2) the environmental impact that the granting of the variance
would impose,
and
(3) the availability of alternative methods
of compliance and the costs of those methods.
The Board hereby orders that Lake County be made
a party
to the Petition and that the Petition be amended by joining
the County.
Failure to make these amendments or failure to provide
service pursuant to the Board’s Procedural Rule 305 within
45 days of the day of this order may result in a dismissal
of this Petition for inadequacy.
The Board also notes that the ~)Oday period for decision
on a variance petition under the Board’s Procedural Rule 410
will commence upon the filing date of
the amended petition.
