    the
    Board
    entered
    a
    Final
    Order
    in
    that
    proceeding,
    subject to modification or withdrawal
    in the event of comment or
    objection by the Joint Committee on Administrative
    Rules.
    The
    Board proposes to dismiss R76—7 after the new version of Chapter
    4:
    Mine Related Pollution
    is filed with the Secretary of State.
    This
    matter will be subject
    to dismissal unless the petitioners request
    a decision on the merits
    of the proposal within forty-five days of
    the
    date
    of
    this
    Order.
