OPINION
AND
ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Dr. Satchell):
On December
13, 1979 the Board issued a Proposed Opinion and
Order in this matter involving
a site specific regulation for two
small explosive waste incinerators operated by Olin Corporation
near Marion, Williamson County.
The Proposed Order was published
in the Illinois Register on January 11, 1980.
On February 27,
1980 the Board received a comment from the Environmental Protection
Agency stating that it had no objection to the Proposed Order.
No
other comments have been received.
The Board will therefore adopt
the Proposed Opinion and Order as its Final Opinion in this matter.
ORDER
The Proposed Opinion and Order of December 13,
1979
is adopted
as the Board’s Final Opinion and Order in this matter.
This Order
may be subject to withdrawal or modification
in
the
event of ob-
jection or comment by the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules.
The rules will be effective when filed with the Secretary of State
pursuant to Section 28 of the Environmental Protection Act.
