    On August 23,
    1979 the Board entered an Order giving
    the Petitioners thirty—five days to either agree to a hearing
    date or to file
    a motion setting forth sufficient reason to
    delay the merit hearings on this proposal.
    On October 4,
    1979
    the Board granted Petitioners another twenty-eight days to
    respond.
    No such response has yet been received.
    The petition in this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
