    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 8, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney did not appear. Respondent Russell D. Thorell is now
    deceased, and complainant will soon file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this case.
     
    If the motion to dismiss is not filed by December 20, 2004, the hearing officer will set
    this matter for another telephone status conference.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
