Pollution of the Board’s Rules and Regulations.

The Petition

insufficient for failure to specifically request or waive a

hearing as required by Procedural Rule 401(b).

If this inadequacy

is not corrected within 45 days of the date of this Order, this

matter will be subject to dismissal.

The statutory ninety day

decision period shall run from the date the petition is

amended.
