    On April
    17, 1978 Petitioner requested a variance from
    Rule 203(g) (1) (A)
    of the Board’s Air Pollution Control Regulations.
    The petition is insufficient for failure to assess the environmen-
    tal impact of the requested relief as required by Procedural Rule
    401(a) (7).
    If this inadequacy is not corrected within
    45 days
    of the date of this Order, this matter will be subject to dismissal,
