    The Board on January

    1978, extendc~ the public comment
    period in the above-captioned matter until March 20,
    1978.
    How-
    ever,
    based upon public comments the Board received during the
    extended period,
    the Board is currently re-examining its Order
    proposed on November
    23,
    1977.
    We find,
    therefore,
    that a further
    extension of the public comment period
    1s warranted in order to
    permit full response to the Boardvs Order.
    The public comment
    period
    in this matter shall be extended until May
    15,
    1978.
