 1978 meeting extended

the

 public comment

period for R74-15, -16

 (Consolidated), Cyanide,

until

 days after

publication of the Illinois Re9ister.

 Since this extension will

apparently result in a greater than 30-day period subsequent to the

issuance of the Opinion in this matter, the Board finds the Agency’s

Motion for Extension of Time in which to File Comments to the Pro-

posed Final Draft Order unnecessary and hereby

denies

the motion.
