On November 17,

1977 Petitioner requested a variance from

Rules 203(f)

and 402 of Chapter

3: Water Pollution of the Boardts

Rules and Regulations.

The petition is inadequate

in two re-

spects.

First,

it fails to assess the environmental impact of

the requested variance as required by Procedural Rule 401(a) (7).

Second,

it fails to specifically request or waive a hearing as

required by Procedural Rule 401(b)

.

If these deficiencies

are

not corrected within

45 days of the date of this Order,

this

matter will be subject to dismissal.
