AND ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Mr. Goodman):
The Board hereby adopts as its Proposed Final Draft in this
matter, and orders publication of,
the regulatory amendments set
forth below.
A’public comment period will be allowed for 45 days
from the date of this Order.
The Board’s Proposed Final Draft differs from the Proponents’
Amended Proposal, published in Environmental Register #138
(December 14,
1976),
in that it substitutes the term “Freon Extrac-
table Material” for the term “Hexane Extractable Material,” and
substitutes “monthly period”
for “consecutive 30-day period.”
PROPOSED FINAL DRAFT
In Rule 408(a)
of Chapter
3: Water Pollution, delete “Oil
(hexane solubles or equivalent),
and
add
“Oil
(freon
solubles
or
equivalent)” as follows:
