    OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr.
    Goodman):
    It is the Order of the Pollution Control Board that K.M. Round
    Lake Beach Development Company be granted variance from Rules. 203(c)
    and 962
    of Chapter 3:
    Illinois Water Pollution Regulations to
    allow the construction and operation of a tertiary treatment package
    plant with aeration and holding capability at their location in
    Village of Round Lake Beach until June
    1, 1980 or until the Round
    Lake Sanitary District is capable of handling the effluent without
    danger of surcharge, whichever event first occurs, under the following
    conditions:
    (1)
    The package sanitary treatment plant to be
    installed shall comply with the description
    in paragraph
    (12)
    of the Amended Petition for
    Variance filed before the Board on July
    19,
    1977 except that a holding equal to two days
    waste water be installed.
    (2)
    Discharge from the facility shall be limited
    to 3,000 gallons per day until the comple-
    tion of the Jewel/Osco facility, after which
    the discharge shall be limited to 8500 gallons
    per day.
