On August

29,

1977 Petitioner requested an extension of

its variance to allow for the operation of its existing sewage

treatment facilities until the Godfrey Sewer Plant is completed.

The

petition is inadequate in two respects.

First,

it does

not state how long the extension of its variance should run.

Second it does not state whether a hearing

is requested or

waived as required by the Board’s Procedural Rule 401(b)

Petitioner

is hereby ordered to correct these deficiencies

within 45 days of the date of

this Order or face dismissal.

The

90 day decision period shall run from the date this petition

is amended.
