    a comprehensive presentation of the material required in a
    variance petition by our Procedural Rule

    Accordingly,
    the petition filed is dismissed without
    prejudice as inadequate and the Petitioner
    is requested
    to
    file
    a new petition which includes all of the detailed infor-
    mation required by Rule
