    Motion to Amend Rule 408(b)
    of Chapter

    Water Pollution of the
    Board’s Rules and Regulations.
    The reasons for and the record j~
    support of thfs proposal were before the Board when it made its
    decision on this matter on March
    3, 1977.
    Since no new information
    has been provided, this Motion is denied.
    If Petitioner,
    B.F.
    Goodrich Chemical Company, wishes to file a separate Petition for
    regulatory change, incorporate the record in this proceeding, and
    expand upon that record, it may do so.
