The said Petition is inadequate for failure

to comply with the

requirements

of Procedural Rule 401 of the Boardrs Rules and Regu-

lations and it is hereby dismissed without prejudice.

If the Peti-

tioner wishes

to correct the deficiencies

in this Petition,

it should

consult the requirements

of Rule

401,

in particular, the requirement

of Rule 401(b)

that a hearing must either be requested specifically

or waived specifically.

In addition the Petitioner should note who

is the owner of the man—made holding pond which is referred to in

the present inadequate Petition.
