    has not been complied with.
    Petitioner shall submit an Amended Petition within
    30 days of
    the date of this Order.
    The 90-day decision period set by statute
    shall run from the date of filing of the Amended Petition.
    Failure
    to timely file the Amended Petition shall make the cause liable to
    dismissal because of inadequacy.
