ORDER OF THE BOARD

The Petition for Variance submitted on May 25,
1977,
is inade-
quate
in that it fails
to indicate the number of units
to be
connected,
fails to describe the new sewers including how many are
to be constructed,
and refers
to details
in the application but fails
to include the application with the Petition.
Furthermore, Petitioner
has failed to state under Procedural Rule 401 whether a hearing is
waived.
Petitioner shall amend its Petition within
45 days of the date
of this Order to provide the requisite information.
The 90—day
period shall begin to run upon the filing of the amended Petition.
Failure to timely file an amended Petition shall subject the Petition
to dismissal for inadequacy.
