 This proceeding

shall be conducted

outlined in Part V of our Procedural Rules with the exception

that the Board shall render its decision within a reasonable

time after receiving the hearing transcript,

 but in no case

shall its decision be rendered later than 60 days of receipt

of said transcript.

 Petitioner shall pay for cost of transcript.
