(by Mr. Goodman):

On February

3,

1977, the Board entered an Interim Order adopting

certain temporary emergency amendments

to the Air Regulations and

authorizing them for hearing.

The amendments were adopted for the

one month period extending from February

3,

1977 until March

7,

1977.

Hearings

in this matter were set for March

14 and 15.

However,

because

the temporary amendment was no longer in effect at that time,

the hearings were cancelled.

The Board hereby finds that no further hearings shall be held

and no further consideration shall be given to

this matter.

The

temporary amendments shall stand as adopted.
