    The redesign and completion of the pneumatic ash handling
    system having no effect on the overall compliance date,

    is hereby granted from January of 1980 through March of 1981 to
    complete installation of the system.
    The Order of July 24,
    1980 granting variance is hereby
    modified accordingly.
