ORDER OF THE BOARD

(by Mr. Dumelle):

On December

16, 1976 the Board adopted R75—1, Procedural

Rules Revisions.

The Rules were to be effective on March

1,

1977.

The Board, however, feels that a 30 day extension of the effective

date

is necessary to provide those practicing before the Board with

sufficient time to evaluate and adjust to the revisions which

have been made.

The Board hereby extends the effective date of

the adopted Regulations to April

1,

1977.
